Two more people tested positive for COVID-19 on Tuesday, the Joint Information Center reported Tuesday night.
Those results, along with two positive cases reported earlier in the day from the Department of Defense and Diagnostic Laboratory Services bring Guam’s total number of confirmed cases to date to 259.
There have been five deaths, 179 people released from isolation and there are 75 active cases. Of the total cases, 215 are classified as civilians, and 44 are military service members.
Tuesday’s results include 225 samples from COVID-19 drive-thru testing held at the Mangilao Senior Center/Mangilao Night Market.
