New Delhi: Ministry of Info and Broadcasting on Wednesday wrote to Chief Secretaries of all states and directors of all Union Territories (UTs) clarifying that the powers underneath Half III of IT (Middleman Pointers and Digital Media Ethics Code) Guidelines, 2021 are administered by the Union Ministry of Info and Broadcasting.
