Japanese police have arrested a person for fatally wounding a wild deer at a park in Nara Metropolis, western Japan.
The arrested man is 23-year-old Yoshii Hayato from Mie Prefecture.
Police say he struck the deer with an axe on February 7. The animal died of ensuing accidents.
Earlier than daybreak that day, police obtained a report a few wounded deer that was unable to maneuver. They checked surveillance digital camera footage and recognized Yoshii because the suspect.
Yoshii instructed investigators he was taking part in with the deer when it rammed his automotive. He mentioned he obtained indignant and determined to kill it, hitting it with the axe as exhausting as he may.
