New Delhi: Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut on Sunday mentioned that Aurangabad is Sambhajinagar and can stay so for them, amid a row over renaming the district.
“I do not know. Maharashtra Chief Minister has clearly mentioned that for us, it’s Sambhajinagar and can stay so,” Mr Raut instructed reporters right here.
When requested why the Congress is opposing the renaming of Aurangabad to Sambhajinagar, the Shiv Sena chief mentioned: “It’s a matter of individuals’s emotions, so we are able to talk about it, however the determination has been taken.”
